Registration & Bidding: All bidders must register with LiveAuctioneers and be approved prior to placing bids. A valid credit card or payment method is required to secure registration.
Absentee bids are accepted through LiveAuctioneers before the auction begins. By submitting a bid, you authorize the platform to bid on your behalf up to your set maximum.
All absentee bids are final and binding once placed and cannot be canceled after the auction starts. In the event of a tie, the live bid takes precedence.
Winning bidders will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the auction’s close. Please review all payment deadlines, pick-up details, and shipping options before bidding.
Ensure your LiveAuctioneers account information (email, phone, and payment details) is accurate to avoid delays in processing or communication.
Bidding Process: All bids are legally binding contracts. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at the winning bid price if you are the highest bidder when the auction closes.
Item Condition & Inspection: All auction items are sold “as-is, where-is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition reports carefully prior to bidding.

Please note, we do not offer in-person previews for our in-person estate sales unless specifically stated on the sale listing.
